Stay at Hapoel? Request the same academy groups? No official matches, no conflict with my son's matches. I know exactly what that year looks like.
Take a competitive team. Higher level, tougher players, real progress. The matches land on the same Saturday mornings my son plays. I'd miss most of them.
Or start something smaller? An academy program, younger kids, no assistant. Building a new group instead of running someone else's system. Less prestige. Less competition. More freedom.
Twenty years in an office, the choices were about budget and headcount.
Now the choice is which Saturday I stand on, and for who.
I don't know yet which one I pick.
